我前年底開始加入健身房 請了教練 一開始是瘦身
從90公斤開始 體脂肪30% 一路到現在 75公斤 19%體脂肪
其實我在3年前是不怎會開車 甚至不敢開車 在路上開車都怕怕的
連最簡單的換車道 都還會覺得不會換 我駕照考兩次才過
而且還是教練幫助我才過的 我不知道其他人有沒有這樣的經驗
我開始養成運動習慣後 瘦下來 增肌減脂 協調性變好
有次我跟我老爸開車去基隆玩 我自告奮勇說 我要開 我爸還很怕我亂開會怕
結果手握方向盤 油門踩下去 非常順手 超車什麼都來了
我爸在旁邊也嚇到說 你確定你是我兒子 怎感覺握了方向盤後就不一樣 非常自信
以前我在國道 速度頂多80而已 結果那次居然開到120 雖然是超速
但是不知道為什麼 以前不敢做的事情都可以做了 雖然開快但是平穩
不會像之前這麼斗 到家之後 我爸跟我說 你想要車子就自己開去溜搭吧
其實坦白說我自己都嚇到 從來沒想到我這麼會開車開那麼穩
不知道是不是因為運動的關係 讓我協調性變佳 更有自信做好一件事情
