話說我荒廢運動已久之後
今天又開始做HIIT+一點點重訓(因為啞鈴磅數超輕的)50min
除了發現身體真的變成弱雞,以前覺得輕鬆的課程今天做到有點手軟腳軟
然後洗完澡變得超級餓
一開始以為是假餓,但是吃完晚餐半小時之後還是很餓
就把明天的晚餐吃掉了(我一次都煮兩天的量)
總計吃了兩片全麥土司,兩顆荷包蛋,一盒豆腐(350卡)
一盤炒蔬菜(一顆彩椒,一條茄子,一條節瓜,兩顆香菇)
半盒哈密瓜
然後過了一小時,還是很餓啊
有種滿腦子都寫著餓餓餓餓餓餓餓的感覺
然後想說是不是水喝不夠,所以喝了800cc
飢餓感稍微有好一點
但是現在要半夜了,到底要不要繼續吃下去啊??
我覺得我運動消耗的熱量並沒有我吃下去的那麼多啊
