台灣盛產香蕉,自己也愛吃,有時候一天可以到六~七根(飯後三根,當甜點xD),好處
頗多的,像是脂肪含量極低、提高免疫力、富含維生素、膳食纖維高、能提高運動表現等
等,但熱量也不低,一天吃太多也會發胖(?
請問各位巨巨,自己一天的香蕉大概量會怎麼抓?會選擇不吃白飯只吃香蕉嗎?
