每一次去做腳底按摩
不同的師傅都會說我骨頭很重+肉很硬
我是那種下盤很壯 腿看起來直粗的那種人
但上半身胸部只有A的扁身
有沒有人跟我一樣覺得這樣很難減脂
有甚麼辦法讓自己下盤瘦一點(腳步輕盈一點)
飲食上有沒有時麼該注意的??
聽說吃澱粉都胖下半身
但昨天有看到說高脂由炸的才胖下半身
我的腿是很脹又硬
每晚會去操場跑4公里約半小時
這好讓我的腿更硬了 唉~(硬到半夜左右腿會輪流抽筋)
我基代1300每天也有吃到
大家勸我承認自己是骨架大又重的人就不要減了
但心理就是會不甘心
我夢想有一爽纖纖細腿呀!! 泣!!
我很怕動刀 小時候開多
希望版友給我一點建議
