小弟首次肌灘版發文,有錯請指正~
是這樣的!我在版上常常看到有人發文時附圖,如果骨骼肌超過40時(大概體重快一半)就
會有人說好壯!
但我本人骨骼肌也是有到體重一半,卻沒有我想像中的神肉壯,只是微肉壯而已

是我的身高比較高(186)所以相對標準要再提高嗎? 下圖有張InBody的表

上面都是我過年大吃大喝後量的
肌肉量比之前掉了一點,但也剛好到體重一半,卻也是沒有大塊大塊的感覺。
請問大家如果身高在180左右,骨骼肌大概要在多少才會顯得壯碩呢?
(另外就是我的目標是骨骼肌破50,這有辦法在一年後達到嗎?還是我應該先去搜集一下
