體脂到底要怎麼量才準? - 健身

借標題問一下
因為今天剛好有這個疑問~
大概今年七月初在康是美測體脂肪
當時體重57.6 體脂率是28.9
接下來就到中國工作
中間有固定每天半小時的鄭媽和比利的有氧操
然後到近兩個禮拜辦了這邊的健身房 也都是有氧操為主
今天測的結果
體重55.1 但體脂率居然增加到33.2
我看了原po文章下的推文,大概心裡有個底
可能體脂肪不是那嚜準確
但是這樣的結果
是不是表示我應該要加強減脂呢?
其實我一開始目標就是想減脂肪
重訓方面也有做,但是不確定這樣的結果,是不是表示我的運動計畫要做調整
