BMI:27(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:34.9% MC走後(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)
(女性請註明體脂率量測之際為生理期前、正值生理期、或生理期後)

三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:沖泡穀粉(125大卡)+牛奶約200 c.c. (225大卡)
午餐:
飯或麵一碗自己煮 飯就是滿滿一碗 麵大約是外面賣的1.5倍
有買菜才會煮飯 買菜的話就是水煮拌蒜頭醬油
地瓜葉或a菜
煮麵的話拌油蔥烏醋
一杯蜂蜜水(約300 c.c.)
午餐約600~700大卡
下午會吃水果(前陣子鳳梨大約四分之一顆 最近蓮霧一顆 )
晚餐:春捲 水餃(10顆) 或同午餐分量較少些 450~600大卡
其他:(可免填)晚上如果會餓會再泡一杯穀粉或吃涼拌小黃瓜 (100~225卡)
水的話一天最少喝1800 我有記得的話都會喝到2200 可是常常睡著忘記最後一杯還沒喝完
日常作息時間:大約七八點起來 12點睡 吃完午餐後會睡一小時(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
三月辭職在家準備國考 除了做家事就是念書
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、持續時間長短、及相關運動史)
騎x-bike 40分鐘 轉速4 大約騎20km
一個禮拜五天左右大約騎了一個月了

我去康是美量體脂(同一間 不過第二次我看小姐拿的是不同台機器 囧)
5/13 體重73.1kg 體脂34.3% 基代1457 (mc來前一天)
5/31 體重71.9kg 體脂34.9% 基代1439
怎麼有運動感覺沒甚麼差別@@ 那一公斤應該是水腫...
另外心跳130不會喘是正常的嗎? 去年我剛開始騎都是會流汗流到衣服濕答答
現在...不會喘 而且只留一點點汗 時速30km是太慢了嗎...
是不是該換重訓比較有效? 我想要緊實臀部和胸部肌肉
所以最近考慮深蹲和伏地挺身
男友媽一直在問甚麼時候要結婚 可是我怕我現在沒有穿得下的禮服...(遮臉)
希望起碼年底可以瘦到62kg 體脂25%
請板大給些建議 不吝賜教 謝謝
