體脂機迷思 雖然眼睛最準 - 健身

各位大大好
我每次瘋狂操練兩周後就會休息兩周
休息後那兩周玩會測一下體脂
雖然我瘋狂操練的那兩周幾乎大部分都吃肉
也沒吃到基代量
後休息兩周正常吃(有基代量
每次量體脂都有降體重不變
可是這次我這兩周很偷懶
沒什麼練 可是體脂還是降
我用眼睛看明明身材真的沒差多少
可是體脂機說:「體重不變 從17.6降到15.4,-2.2 = =」
所以我開始懷疑體脂機的用處了
大家覺得呢???
