小弟我至從當兵後就開始愛上運動 之前真的是個不折不扣的肥宅 連拍照都不敢 因為雙
下巴時常出來打招呼 所以當兵時立志要減肥 天天跑3000m然後跑健身房做重訓 但沒有
控制攝取的熱量 結果體脂肪一直卡在17上下 變成有層肥肚+微肌肉線條 有時穿比較
合身的衣服變成肚子還是突突的 真的很悲慘 所以現在開始一直再控制熱量攝取 真的
很後悔為何當初沒有節制
