體脂計的必要性? - 健身

我是否已經詳讀置底文及精華區中的版規:是
之前做測量時,發現自己因為常外食多油多糖跟跟少運動,
不只體脂超過30%、內臟脂肪也超標,有點嚇到(汗)
上周開始調整飲食跟增加運動量
希望能慢慢減少體內脂肪...
目前在猶豫要不要買一台體脂計記錄,
想問大家覺得有沒有必要買體脂計天天量?
(如果有的話,比較推薦有把手的還是沒有把手的呢?)
