體脂變化量 - 減肥

大家好,因為在執行減肥計畫,挖出我家多年的體脂計來測量。
目前執行快三個月,體重從73降到67了(我身高171公分),腰圍跟臀圍都有變小,但就是
唯獨體脂計一直沒有顯著變化。我每天都固定時間,固定衣服量,卻一直沒有下降,好像還
有上升的趨勢?
但簡單的重訓我有做,像二頭肌彎舉,單臂划船,深蹲,側捲腹等等不一一列舉。其中拿的
重量還有增加,這樣體重下降體脂卻沒掉是不是很奇怪,還是體脂計該換了?
記得有一次,我一個月的最高體脂和最低體脂差了6%,在我都固定時間穿著和進食時間的情
況下,這是不太正常了吧?
最後我問家母這台體脂計是快十年前公司送的,這樣推測下來應該是體脂計問題而不是我方
向錯誤吧?
內容有點繁瑣,但真的擔心是不是自己搞錯方向,如果是體脂計問題的話最近就會去多看看
新的體脂計了,請大家溫柔一點><
