不管是連勝文可能不只九十二公斤,或是林書豪運動量本來就大
我想說的是:同樣的體重會有不同的體態
光減體重、節食,不好好挑吃的食物不運動
那又能減出甚麼樣的好體態來?

重點是體脂肪!而不是體重或BMI!
不要再每天為了體重計的數字斤斤計較了!
寧可為少1kg脂肪而開心
也不要為少5kg肌肉而自我感覺良好!
前者會讓你越瘦越快、越健康!
而後者只會讓你越來越容易胖而已!
這就是為什麼大多減重方法都會復胖,甚至更胖的原因!
