想請教 受傷後重拾重訓一陣子了
實際再做感覺 肌力和肌耐力也增加不少
可能我飲食上沒注意和有氧做太少
體脂肪增加了快2% 但體重一直維持不變 沒增加也沒減少
體脂機上 肌肉量從維持變成注意.....讓我暈了一下
原本體重71 體脂肪17% 變成體重71 體脂肪19%
實際上是我肌肉量減少了嗎?
