體重破百的人適合什麼運動呢? - 健身

我有一個小表弟,今年國二,身高應該不超過165
兩個禮拜前量的體重是108公斤
他沒有運動的習慣
整天回家就是坐著看電視等飯吃
吃完飯就是坐著繼續看電視
最近因為下雨的關係所以我沒有找他出門運動
而是自己在家跳有氧(這個太累了他好像跟不上)
請問,他這種體重是不是只適合走路 (我覺得他走得很慢很慢很慢)
我想拉著他運動(我都慢跑-快走-慢跑-快走,他跟不上)
有試過要找他一起去游泳(他不願意)
到底該讓他做什麼樣的運動比較適合?
我想消滅掉他的肚子
