BMI: 21.6
體脂率:21% (近期量兩次取中間值)

我的腰圍最細處有26.5吋,大腿圍51。
比例很差,上身長,下身短又粗壯。
後面兩張是我最貼的洋裝加上十公分高跟鞋,
一併附上看曲線比較明顯。
三餐內容
平均約攝取1600卡up
我猜我基代約1250
人在國外主要自己煮
每兩天約外食一餐
早餐:500卡
鮮奶饅頭一顆175大卡
雞蛋一顆 100大卡
起司片/燻鮭魚50大卡
蘋果50
無糖鮮奶拿鐵125大卡
午餐/晚餐:約500-600卡(列出我最近常吃的飲食)
鮭魚排200公克+白飯1.5碗+半顆洋蔥
河粉+牛肉片+青菜
義大利麵+雞肉+洋蔥
烏龍麵+關東煮6顆+白菜
煮給自己吃,所以步驟越簡單越好,
幾乎就是主食+肉類+青菜
弄成一盤。
零食:約100~200卡 水果 優格 餅乾 小零嘴
戒吃甜食一個月了
大餐過後就會降低到每餐:400卡
但降低食量的幾天還是會高過基代
日常作息時間:全職學生 9:00起床 1:00睡
運動習慣:
我有健身房會籍,
忙時會一個月沒運動,
不忙時就可以每周四到五天,
平常很愛步行,出遊時更是可以走上一整天。
總平均大約每周有氧60分鐘三次,心跳數約140。
跑步機設定時速5.5(應該是Mile)會小喘可以跑40分鐘,
再加上20分鐘健身車,不想過度有氧所以一小時就會停。
重訓區幾乎都是外國猛男,所以沒事不會靠近><
不過我會上核心訓練/瑜珈/皮拉提斯的課程。
我的問題:
體重大致隨著報告考試上升下降,53-56,
五月份期末考完開始勤運動,
昨天到boots量付費的體脂計,電阻式的有握把。
發現我體脂大概21%,似乎挺標準,
但體重卻有54,表示脂肪重11.34。
我理想的體重大概是50體脂19%,脂肪重9.5。
那表示我要瘦4公斤到50的話,
要減掉1.84的體脂和2.16的肌肉??!!
因為在國外女生幾乎都高挑健美不乾扁,
我也變成喜歡有曲線的身材,
所以希望體脂不要太低,略低於20應該就不錯了。
現在減肥的下一步到底該從體脂下手還是真的該減肌肉?
請給我意見~~非常感謝!
