大家好
媽媽年約50,體重過重,平時沒有持續運動的習慣
但體力還不錯(走路、打羽球可以)
最近健康檢查發現有高血壓,醫師建議要多運動
於是她開始每天瘋狂走路+戒澱粉
她說她覺得只要正常飲食都會胖,我希望她能去做重量訓練提高代謝率
也希望能透過專業人士改變她對飲食的觀念XD
有爬文看到大家推薦肌進份子
但希望有多一點選項可以了解
想請問在苓雅、三民或鳳山這邊有推薦的教練嗎~
