自畢業後不曾再運動感覺身體狀況變差
希望可以藉運動來保本:)
地點:主要在陽明國中 鄰近地點可討論
都在鄰近公園&陽明國中出沒
時間:晨跑(配合工作時段目前僅可晨跑)
備註:希望找位一起運動的夥伴 每週至少5次 每次30分-一小時以上
一個人運動很容易怠惰尤其是早晨的運動(爆想睡)
