不知道有沒有op過 是2010年的老文章 (汗)
當初演鋼鐵人2 為了塞進黑寡婦的戲服 開始一連串的節食運動
主旨一樣是少吃多動
1. 要做不同的運動 避免對同樣的運動方式產生倦怠
2. 多攝取蛋白質(蛋白 火雞肉 魚肉)
健康油脂的攝取 : 橄欖油 低GI質澱粉,
不吃不該吃的東西
3. 菜單
早餐: 美式蛋捲, 燕麥粥 新鮮的莓果
中餐: 藜(一種榖類) 火雞肉沙拉 (拌青蔥+橄欖油+檸檬汁)
點心: 杏仁 蘋果
晚餐: 蒸魚肉 蔬菜:紅洋蔥 甘藍菜 花椰菜
要喝很多水
4. 健身有明顯成效後 要繼續維持運動 一周三次
