我是否已經詳讀置底文及精華區中的新手專區:Yes
基本資料
性別:男
年齡:23
身高:176
體重:95
BMI:30.66
體脂率:36.9(學校) 30.4(康是美)

(這張我都放桌面..當警惕 = = 很癡肥我了解..拜託別笑我 哭哭)
三餐內容:油炸不碰 非不得已要吃到皮都拔掉 (本人超愛吃炸.. 拔皮真是血淚阿..)
用餐原則盡量都是湯湯水水先喝 然後吃蔬菜類 再來是肉類 最後才澱粉
把菜拿去過水這我實在無法接受阿 冏" 但現在吃的多以水煮沾素蠔油為主
日常作息時間:不一定..但是盡量都有睡飽8H在起床..
生活型態:研究生
運動習慣:除非下雨 早上起床一定先去騎腳踏車
距離是 秀朗橋河堤出發>>碧潭底再折返回家 中間不休息 順順騎
出發前先喝200ml的補品 回來在準備早餐
我的問題:上禮拜開始終於下定決心要減油... 我是小時候就一直胖到現在= =
曾經最瘦大概是80kg... excel表記錄上禮拜開始到現在的記錄(請參閱)

我想問的問題是.. 我這樣的生活作息與飲食習慣還可以嗎..
之前的減肥都無法持久.. 我這次打算從我的飲食習慣上開始改變
慢慢的瘦..但是以後不容易復胖才是我這次的目標 T^T..
現在已經可以習慣吃水煮青菜..水煮雞胸搭配無糖豆漿的早餐
運動方面我這次決定先不跑步..等稍微瘦在開始慢跑..
可以的話就盡量吃飯前先做些小運動..
飲食作戰原則以湯湯水水先吃..並且少量多餐..
一定要吃小點心避免心理不平衡 XD (豆花或是零卡果凍之類的)
請各位針對目前的作戰計畫給我一點建議吧 T^T... (信心也行啦XD)
若是有華仔可以當.. 誰想當胖仔呢 ﹨(╯▽╰)∕
