最近小弟在減脂
請教各位
會多久時間跑一次cheat meal或Chet day?
我想說兩禮拜一天 那天就吃一餐 吃個吃到飽
每天-800扛的有點累
在麻煩各位不吝嗇給個意見了~
減脂已經跑大概10來天 目前大概掉2-3公斤左右

身高182 體重94 骨骼肌 40體脂肪 25%
