我的少吃的意思是
我在剛開始減肥的前兩三個月 都還是大吃大喝
常常去吃吃到飽 火鍋 燒烤 都吃一人份以上
後來卡在停滯期的時候 就嘗試不要吃到撐 大概吃七八分飽這樣
運動搭配少吃 順利的克服停滯期 往下再掉了兩三公斤
有版友說想看照片 照片拍攝期間 是今年二月出去玩拍的
體脂肪是回國後才量的

其實我之前53 54公斤的量出40%
46公斤變成30% 應該要很開心了啦
現在我還是努力的在運動 慢跑 跳Xbox
而且現在飲食都正常 還經常麻辣火鍋吃到飽...

不過我吃完後都會努力跑步XD
