從上次發文~到現在
健身了三個禮拜....
剛加入~還是不太了解許多健身器材的使用方式~
為自己開了課表:
一:胸+二頭肌+有氧(踩腳踏車)20分~~
二:背+肩+三頭肌+有氧(踩腳踏車)20分~~
三:大小腿+腹部+有氧(踩腳踏車)20分~~
四:胸+二頭肌+有氧(踩腳踏車)20分~~
五:背+肩+三頭肌+有氧(踩腳踏車)20分~~
六 日都是休息偏多 除非有空才會去~~
本人還是先已瘦身為主~~畢盡體脂率還在30~33來回~~
整個都快崩潰了~~
也希望有伴能一起健身~~
(我是在新莊國民運動中心,時間約平日17.30開始訓練至19.00)
希望大家能不吝嗇指教我這位新手 謝謝^^
