上次體育課在練二頭肌彎舉的時候,因為手只有在第一下是從起點上彎,而剩下的次數都
在快到底時就時就上彎..
後來老師過來說最好是讓整個動作完整,他那時候好像是說差在「建立」和「健美」,因
為肌肉伸展的關係。
所以想請問各位真的是這樣嗎?為什麼會有這樣的差別呢?
