體脂、體重跟基代都是在同一間康是美量的,其他部分是我自己算的。
其實我也不知道正不正確,因為推文有說要同時減脂增肌是不容易的!
先說一下我的三餐內容
早餐:想吃什麼就吃什麼(早餐店的三明治、漢堡、7-11的三明治)+
抹茶拿鐵咖啡、拿鐵不加糖、豆漿....等等,都吃得很飽^^"
午餐:家裡煮什麼就吃什麼,一般是3道菜+一樣主菜,飯都是滿滿的一碗
(3道菜只有1道是青菜,其他可能是菜埔蛋或肉絲炒竹筍之類的)
下午:會喝一杯600cc的綠茶粉+優酪乳 (超級好喝的!!!)
晚餐: 跟中午一樣,但會多一樣主菜
有時會吃太飽,但大多是8分飽,常常會喝飲料店的無糖紅茶去糖去冰
每天一定喝2000cc以上的常溫開水
吃完飯會去附近的高中去散步+慢跑+快走,時間約20~30分然後回家
回家後會做不標準的伏地挺身10下+深蹲50下(坐到椅子上然後站起來,反覆的起立坐下)
因為剛吃飽,運動過於激烈真的不舒服,而且不能太晚回家....
也沒有天天去運動,因為竹東真的非常容易下雨= =
現在也還在下~"~
我是整天坐著的上班族,工作時間是早上8點到下午5點
作息時間是晚上10~11點睡,早上7點~7點半起床
我的數據是正常的嗎??
其實我覺得我的外觀根本沒變,也沒有比較結實
但體脂卻有降,而肌肉也有增加
難道只是誤差???
量體脂都是吃完晚餐後、運動前量的
我想結實點的...我的手摸起來就是骨肉分離的感覺= =
我這樣算是有變瘦嗎?? 雖然體重沒減少反增XD~
7/27~8/27一個月的數據....請各位分析吧~~
