先前,買了myprotein的原味、抹茶、柔滑巧克力口味。
先來心得分享,
原味:和抹茶比較起來不難喝。
假如平常就有在喝沖泡的奶粉(例:豐力富),
泡出來就就那種淡淡的牛乳味。
原味,沒有另外加蔗糖素,好喝。
抹茶:有股奇怪的味道,草味?根本不苦,加上有
蔗糖素,喝完滿口甜味,不像蔗糖,甜味比較快消失。
為了使抹茶口味更好喝,我加了原味乳清,
草味降低了,但還不是很滿意。
家中有桂格的芝麻糊、北海道系列 鮮綠抹茶風味。
於是,半包的北海道抹茶,以熱水沖泡一半後,攪拌均勻,
再加常溫水,加入半匙左右的抹茶乳清。
北海道的香料、糖,蓋過抹茶乳清的味道,一級棒好喝。
原味乳清也是如法炮製,是搭配芝麻糊,可以沖給家人喝。
