想請問關於訓練三頭長頭的動作 - 健身

如題,今天想說開始要加入新動作,就加了啞鈴過頭伸展,
啞鈴放到頭後方時,就發現右肩(好像中束吧)會感到痠痠的,嘗試做了一組後發現真的會
痠痛,於是後續做了幾組極輕重量嘗試調動作發現都還是會痠痛。
因為小弟本來就有發現自己右肩有些前傾而且有點高低肩,想說可能是因為這樣吧,
所以想問有沒有什麼訓練長頭的動作,能夠取代啞鈴/繩索過頭伸展的?
