睡前吃東西不但不會胖,而且還能一夜好眠!營養學家破除宵夜迷思
其中有一段看得我滿頭霧水
"人體可說是一個奇妙的工廠,基於此機制,需要維持穩定的血糖,才能運作正常。因此,
無論是飢餓或是暴飲暴食,都相當不利於血糖穩定,常常暴飲暴食者會增加腎臟負擔,相
對的,若是等餓了才進食,人體的消耗順序則是會先以蛋白質為主,而不是我們想像的脂
肪,持續的飢餓只會讓肌肉比例減少,反而更容易囤積脂肪,讓身體機能嚴重失衡,損害
健康。"
這是新的研究結果嗎? 還是真的提取能量時是以蛋白質為優先?
那要消耗脂肪不就要先吃光肌肉? XD
總之我越搞越糊塗了
