很久沒作高強度運動了,最近報名TRX課程,前兩次可能沒練很多手臂所以覺得還
好。
這次上課做了不少手臂會很有感覺的動作,像是 倒V捲腹,伏地的起跑式。 結
果當天晚上手臂就覺得緊緊的,還不太在意!
隔天晚上ㄧ看,我的媽! 我的手臂超腫的!腫腫脹脹的! 很像灌米腸那樣!

醫生說是肌肉發炎,開了肌肉放鬆和消炎藥給我,還說這挺少見的,運動還是要
量力而為...
有人有類似的情況嗎? 大概多久會消腫呀??因為醫生說'' 應該'' 會消啦...
