夏天這陣子
與朋友一起努力跑步(其實是對賭>.<)
幾乎固定早晚5km
效果棒棒,從76kg->降到了68kg
不過賭約一過,眾人鳥獸散
自己心也散散,亂找些理由說服自己
阿~~今天吃太飽
阿~~想要打電動
阿~~地板溼溼的
阿~~明天再開始............
這樣下去,真的不行啦......
看著體重機隱隱浮現的7字頭
我喜歡同伴一起努力的感覺
有督促溫馨也有效率
讓我們再拚一次吧!! 跑跑(((┌(; ̄▽ ̄)┘

徵求同好,健身瘦身團,
條件:
1.健康的瘦。運動為主,飲食為輔,餓瘦跟減肥藥不要來
2.要看到效果,每週運動3次以上,有氧重訓都好,有事記得請假
3.在LINE上分享飲食、運動等心得
4.在Google docs上面記錄作息飲食運動

5.希望能徵到6~8個人,游離社員踢除

關於原PO:
1.30y,170/69,體脂率19
2.上班族,不過時間算自由,通常跑晚上,半夜更讚~涼啊
3.路跑為主,跑桃園高鐵站周圍,1圈8km/1hr(弱弱)
健身房也可,之前是在桃園台茂的極限
4.飲食習慣很差!沒事最喜歡跟同事亂亂吃
但有在固定運動的狀況下,食慾有被控制住的可能性(會覺得吃了又要消很累@.@)
5.我的目標:體脂率12%的啦拉拉!!
