是說我想要(其實是失控買太多)快速提升血糖吃些垃圾餅乾或類似健達巧克力這樣可以嗎

粉差多了 不過大學生住宿不方便弄些優良澱粉 只有燕麥片比較好準備香蕉沒地方冰...
