覺得如果被救還蠻尷尬的,寧願沒人看到自己把槓鈴滾到地上
當然真的會出事的狀況那也是沒辦法。
看到這篇就想到以前剛開始健身的時候
休息時旁邊有個人作槓鈴臥推大概九十公斤
推了兩下,第三下推到一半就停住上不去
正在想是不是要上去補一把的時候
就看他把槓鈴往頭上一送,身體往下一抽
槓鈴就掉在臥推椅上,然後若無其事坐起來看手機
那時候看到就覺得,高手是不是都這樣玩啊
要是沒丟好被砸到還不當場破相
之後臥推快撐不住時都會想到那個場景
不過我還是不敢嘗試就是了。
