肥宅我星期一到五頗忙
不過因為住在健身房對面的關係
每天上班前有大約半小時空檔
加上暖身和換衣服的時間大概能塞兩個動作
不過五天塞下來也能把全身練完
而且這樣六日也有時間額外加班賺$$
但實際執行下來
發現身體好像剛熱開 訓練就結束了
心裡有點不太踏實
到底一樣的菜單分散成幾天練比較好
還是集中成兩天練完
大家怎麼看?
