各位版大們好!
小弟也來分享一下..從2008年12月到現在
拉了快八個月單槓的小小成果(傷眼圖在下)

當兵時只能拉3下
退伍後大慨就變10下
現在退伍快四年了..發現自己來愈胖= ="
於是興起簡單健身的唸頭
家附近也沒有單槓場..
我都跑到國小的籃球架去拉@@
還有鋁門的門眉(一開始沒手套..流汗會手滑)
現在用了20元的手套好拉很多
之前50下要分好多次.且快要半天才能拉完
現在是20分以內 分成五次拉完
第1次15下
第2~5次各10下
目標希望能在10分鐘內拉完..50下
如果要一次拉完50下..對我來說太難
目前幾乎是天天拉..真的很累才休息
拉完就喝一杯統一無糖豆漿
12月份時是171CM/70KG
現在竟然瘦下來變66KG...
