08年7月31日的照片,當時的體重是56KG,小弟身高是167

照片是五月分拍的,體脂很高阿Orz,測量的結果聽說是20%
目前的體重是64KG,
其實這一年來也沒說練得很勤,
前半年是在家裡練的,
後半年在學校的健身房,是一個禮拜練三天,兩節體育課 + 一天回家練
練的肌群就只有,胸,背,腿,
後來六月份的時候就沒在練了,因為快大考了,
然後七月考完又開始練了,
現在加入了中力健身房,真的很便宜阿XDDD,一個月700,
小弟都是下午兩點~三點過去的,
健身房整個就是不一樣,希望八月底能把體之稍微降下來一些Orz
