可量化訓練強度的彈力繩 - 健身

各位好~
有鑑於現在工作的關係,上健身房對我來說時間很划不來
於是目前想到用彈力繩搭配啞鈴來做重訓
只是目前的困擾是
現在看到的彈力繩,都是自己憑感覺在拉的那種
沒有刻度可以讓你知道,現在腳是踩在多少長度、上次手握在哪可以和今天做比較....
如果自己做標記的話,又麻煩且容易磨損...
想請問各位巨巨
有沒有符合我要求,可以幫助訓練量化,的彈力繩推薦呢?
