請問影片中的硬舉, 這樣的雙腳站距也算是相撲硬舉嗎?
請問以"訓練"的角度來說, 這樣的姿勢和傳統硬舉以及相撲硬舉又有何差異呢?
我本身也嘗試過各種站距的的硬舉, 目前做最好的就是影片中這種
介於傳統和相撲硬舉之間的姿勢, 最不理想的則是傳統硬舉.
感覺應該是跟我的身體肌肉張力有關.
我的大腿靠近骨盆的根部比較緊, 騎單車時感覺就蠻明顯的, 大腿根部最容易酸.
或是做平躺抬腿的動作也會明顯的感受到緊繃.
同時我做傳統硬舉時核心的感受度也是最差的, 跟相撲比有明顯差異.
我問巡場教練, 教練是說傳統硬舉因為姿勢的關係對於核心的要求會比較高.
我目前是在猶豫要不要乾脆放棄做傳統硬舉,
改用相撲或影片這種半相撲為主來訓練.
但也有人說還處於新手階段的話還是儘量兩種都練習會比較好.
請問鄉親們的想法又是如何呢?
