請問大家一周都上幾門有氧課程? - 健身

像我是男生本身比較肥胖,
體脂肪32%,體重94多,
還在努力減脂,
一周大約排3堂有氧課,
現在都是飛輪居多,
太胖只能騎飛輪免得傷膝蓋,
不過每次上完大腿都會很酸,
猛噴肌樂跟安摩樂等等,
想早點恢復,早點繼續上有氧減脂,
想問大家一周都排幾堂有氧課呢?
都上什麼課程居多?
只是想了解一下其他課程,
也許可以當作我未來改變運動的方式?!
