大家好,最近搬家到台中,雖然台中健身房相關討論有不少,但是住的區域還是有些不同
,所以想請教一下版友。
目前住的地方大約介於逢甲和朝馬之間,爬文的結果大概可選的有:
中力中科(4公里)
美力(6公里)
健身工廠(2公里)
逢甲(2公里)
東海(4公里)
極限(1公里)
之前有練一堆時間,但是車禍+工作就變成有一搭沒一搭。希望自由重量的器材可以多一
點,排臥推/深蹲總是有點浪費時間。上班時間有彈性,白天也可以去練。應該比較不會
買教練課,因為除了自己練應該沒時間上課……當然也可能有例外情況啦,但希望不要像
WG一樣被騷擾。以上,感謝大家寶貴建議!
