小弟 拉了幾年單槓 一直有個障礙就是無法上槓
目前我的體重 82(172公分) 最多可以拉15下(正手,過下巴,切齊胸口)
狀況差至少也有10下/次
想來請教一下拉上去之後 如何把身體撐上去?
怕再過幾年,可能就真的練不上去了
