各位巨巨大家好
我目前身高168 體重70 體脂26
算是個蠻胖的身材
目前住在新莊
真的打算好好練一下了…
以前有打過排球校隊
教練也比較注重下半身的肌力
只是動的多吃的也多
好像肌肉都被脂肪覆蓋住
亦或許是根本沒肌肉!? ((驚
於是就想找一間適合自己的健身房
目前考慮的是以下幾間
北健新莊館,健工新莊廠,成吉思汗
論距離的話
健工跟成吉思汗真的有距離
騎車大概要20分鐘
北健只要5分鐘
論器材的話
北健真的短少很多
論價錢
北健真的便宜很多
因為自己還是學生
所以可能9~18都比較不方便
能去的時間應該就是一大早和晚上
晚上的話北健和成吉思汗好像很多人
再加上自己是健身新手
很多知識都來自各位的討論串和影片
在現場的巡場教練也不知道願不願意回答
