增重問題,以及長不大的肌肉 - 健身

各位好
小弟最近開始健身,約有兩個月
身高體重173/61
不管怎麼吃怎麼練(重訓),重量依舊沒什麼改變
以前是竹竿子 因為接觸健身這一塊體態"稍微"好看一點

以前是胸部肚子扁扁 手細細直直 現在有一點線條
但過了1個月左右感覺都沒有什麼進步 身材沒什麼改變
尤其是腹肌部分 完全無法長大 小弟固定做卷腹及抬腿 也都有做到腹部沒力...但線條還
是不夠明顯 胸肌腹肌還是不夠大,好像停止生長一樣
朋友是說我需要在重一點 但真的吃不出體重..長不出肉(有重訓 正常飲食)
飲食方面 朋友是說不至於吃乳清 正常吃三餐就好,小弟不偏食,學校三餐有什麼吃什麼
吃到飽不少吃也不暴飲暴食
請問是哪邊出了問題呢?
訓練菜單是:
胸肌:臥推、伏地挺身(有伏地挺身器)
腹肌:卷腹、抬腿
背肌:單槓
手臂、二頭肌:啞鈴
肩膀三角肌:站立舉啞鈴像鳥振翅那樣
有氧:慢跑(20-30分鐘)
