由於這學期開始課變得比較少,工作剛好也在淡季,
想說趁這個機會重新安排課表,增加一些有氧訓練,
目前的訓練頻率約一週六次,胸背、肩手、腿腹一週兩循環。
原本都將有氧訓練排在腿腹的課表後接著執行,
但發現腿或核心無力的時候,心思真的很難專心在控制心律上,
不知道越累效果是不是真的會越好,或將有氧排到其他天會比較好?
不知道大家都習慣將有氧訓練安排在什麼時候呢?
接觸耐力訓練一陣子,有在想是不是弄一支可以監控心律的錶,
來監督自己保持再燃脂區間,大家有用過覺得不錯的心律裝置可以分享嗎?
