之前做青蛙髖坐放鬆時太貪心了 拉傷了右大腿內側
原本以為不要再動到大腿內側 會一兩週就好
結果一個月了還沒好 然後做滑輪後踢抬腿又拉到了
請問有人有傷到這部分的經驗嗎 謝謝
怎麼這麼慢好 等他自己好 還是看醫生呢
