今天小弟跟朋友一起健身到一半,有個人跑
來跟我朋友說女生要避免大肌肉的話就是要用輕重量多組數的方式訓練
妹仔氣pupu的跑來問我,這理論到底是不是對的
她想做大重量長肌肉,認為女生再怎麼做很重也不會練成金剛芭比
但是我健身時間也不長,所以無法回答她這問題
請問版上巨巨,女生做大重量的訓練到底會不會長很明顯的大肌肉?
ps: 她單手啞鈴臥推30磅5~6下可以做三組這樣對女生來說算很重嗎?
