小弟目前上班族想增肌增重
173/65
每兩天上健身房,練的菜單如下
臥舉30kg , 15下 ,3-4組
拿啞鈴22.5kg深蹲 , 10下 , 3組
用器具練大腿踢 130kg , 20下 , 3組
修正二頭 20kg , 15下 , 3組
在家滾輪100下
每天吃的部分,三餐正常
早餐:速食店早餐
中間香蕉+吐司
午餐:一個正常便當(排骨or雞腿or牛肉麵
中間香蕉+吐司
晚餐:家裡主餐3菜一湯一碗飯左右

可是持續半個月感覺沒甚麼效果,也可能持續時間還太短
但是想先問問看看有沒有地方要修正的?
目前想法是一週可以再多一天訓練
另外吃的部分不知道前輩們有沒有甚麼意見
本身是上班族在辦公室也不太可能出去買
有沒有甚麼方便又熱量高的東西推薦在辦公室吃?
我也想變巨巨阿~謝謝各位
