開始除了基本課表 每天也跑個三十分鐘
吃七動三 想也吃少點
想知道飯量減少後 肚子還餓怎麼辦
下午 晚上開始餓時 吃什麼止饑
想問大家 謝謝
三個月才從86減到現在的78.5
但還是覺得不太行 瘦太慢
請給點建議 感恩
