如何面對好心人的指導? - 健身

魯姊最近在公立健身房練習。從以前就常遇到一個狀況,常有好心人
會指導動作,通常是在玩槓鈴時。
其實魯姊做的重量不重,還在努力讓身體好好抓到玩槓鈴的感覺。不過過程當
中有記得教練的重點提要,包括鎖背、核心、臀腿發力、還有槓鈴位置之類的。
好心人看到女生在練槓鈴有時候會過來指導一下。不過通常那個指導會和
魯姐的教練不太一樣...而且老實說,有些指導內容我懷疑是會傷到身體的方式。
我對於別人練的方式和內容沒有意見,也很感謝他們的好意,但同時也對於
自己教練教的很有信心。通常好心人指點完之後會要我作一下給他們看。啊...
可是我真的不想用錯誤姿勢做重訓啊.....我又不好意思告訴對方他教的內容
問題在哪裡,很怕傷到別人好心之下的玻璃心,尤其好心人除了很壯之外,
有些還號稱是在外面教課的教練,就更不好意思跟對方指出錯誤點了。
請教版上巨巨,在這種狀況之下該如何處理比較好呢? 感謝。

話說,不懂為何健身房有些人愛搶女生在用的槓鈴
上次才練完五下(之前槓鈴都是別人在用),鈴剛放下來正要喘氣,立刻有男生
上來問我還要不要用...
平常男生就算坐在板凳上滑手機都不會有人問....Orz 是有沒有這麼急啊?
後來有人是在我休息時跟我說請我用完跟他講一聲,他想接著用。這種感覺就
禮貌多了。:)
