有鑑於板娘跟三舅嗆我是不敢發文的小孬孬
本來想叫他們踹共,我要跟他們定孤支,兩手兩腳讓他們就好,
但想想還是為了愛與和平,以及不想打死他們,
我只好為了破除他們對我的偏見,
發文證明我不是小孬孬
以下以本人的蘿蔔手
來說明簡易的脂肪、肌肉如何區分
基本上先掌握一個原則,
人體的構成,
第一層是皮膚,第二層是脂肪,
第三層是肌肉,第四層是骨骼,
皮膚跟脂肪層會結合在一起,
所以他們是僅緊相連,互相依偎的。
所以要區分是不是肌肉,說明如下:

肌肉緊繃,但僅有隆起而無肌肉線條
