以Youtuber Zack的影片敘述,因為大多國家比賽都會先挑腳短身高短的選手
有利於比賽量級之外,比起長腿人也比較好突破最大重量

對腿長的人來說,因為力矩的關係反而股四頭很難累積訓練量而下背很容易代償
而且在於深蹲方面想要蹲到ATG squat 逐漸負重下也是非常需要花時間練技術
抓舉方面也需要花時間處理肩膀活動度
不過碰到問題時還是繼續調整,像是時鐘扣站姿肩推可以推160kg(夭壽)
Jerk那段甚至到250kg都沒問題,難怪他很欣賞中國選手腿力超強
以上是最近看了蒙古辦的舉重比賽,覺得舉重真的是力與美。
有心有美國時間,才不管那麼多。照樣練XD
