已處於熱量赤字,那營養分配的意義是? - 健身

最近在嘗試16小時的斷食計畫,預計持續3~4週,主要想進一步減脂。
我目前是175/74,體脂約18%。
因為能進食的時間窗口很短,目前又無法自行備餐,因此都是以超商和有標示熱量的便當為食物來源。
超商的食物包裝上除了熱量以外也有清楚的三大營養素的含量。
可是外食便當頂多只有標示總熱量而已(少數也有標示蛋白質含量)
所以我只能知道每天吃進多少熱量,卻無法知道三大營養素的比例。
那我的問題來了
假設我的TDEE是2200大卡,而我今天吃進了2000大卡,所以我有200大卡的熱量缺口。
如果我都已經處於熱量缺口的狀態了,那三大營養素的比例如何,還會影響我的減脂效果嗎?
當然我不會吃到很極端的蛋白質/碳水/脂肪=10/80/10這種比例
好比用30/50/20和45/25/30這二種比例來說
一般會覺得減脂期還吃到50%的碳水實在太多了
但如果我已經有了200大卡的熱量缺口,那代表我吃進的熱量都會被我消耗光,沒有多餘熱量可囤積,
那這樣上面二種不同營養比例調配,對減脂的效果不是應該一樣嗎?
